I started without a network, a famous degree or family money. I took the analyst job nobody wanted and turned it into results. Three companies later, I have built, transformed and rescued businesses across Europe and beyond.

At Expedia Group I ran a 5M EUR PPC budget for the Nordics and the Netherlands and tripled regional revenue. At Just Search Italy I built the country business from scratch and reached cash-flow positive in four months.

I founded Optimized Group in Milan in 2012, scaled it to 1.5M EUR with 100% YoY growth for five years, advised over 300 Italian companies, and sold it to the listed group Digitouch for 1.35M EUR.

At LeoVegas Group I went from Managing Director Italy to CMO of the group. As MD Italy I grew the market from 3M to 18M EUR in a year. As CMO I owned a 120M EUR annual marketing budget, cut marketing-to-revenue from 40% to 30%, the most efficient ratio in company history, and contributed to an 18% EBITA uplift. The marketing transformation I led was instrumental to the 607M EUR MGM Resorts acquisition.

At Forvana Gaming I took the CEO seat of a US fund-backed operator in decline. Stabilised revenue, rebuilt leadership and platform, restored growth and handed the business back.

Today I take turnaround CEO mandates for owners, boards and PE funds across Europe.
